Privacy Policy

This privacy policy discloses the privacy practices for www.backontrack.us hereinafter referred to as “BOT”.

This privacy policy applies solely to information collected by BOT users. It will notify BOT users of the following:

  1. What personally identifiable information is collected from users through BOT, how it is used and with whom it may be shared, if shared at all.
  2. What choices are available to users regarding the use of personally identifiable demographic and financial data.
  3. The security procedures in place to protect the misuse of a user’s demographic and financial data.
  4. How a user can correct any inaccuracies in the information provided to and received by BOT.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
Allied Collection Services, Inc. (ACSI) is the entity that owns the BOT web-site and manages information on this site. BOT is the website that has access to and/or collects information that a user voluntarily provide via BOT or other direct contact. ACSI will not sell or rent this information to any person or other entity.
ACSI through the BOT website will use demographic information to respond to a user’s inquiry or request for contact.  ACSI will not share a BOT user’s information with any third party other than as necessary to fulfill a request or to offer the user benefits that may be of interest.

User Access to and Control of Information
Communication with BOT is important so that it may understand users’ needs and to collaborate regarding approved payment plans and due dates. A user may opt out of any future contact from BOT at any time.

  1. Verify the balance due and payments made
  2. Confirm the remaining balance owed
  3. Understand what demographic data BOT has about users , if any
  4. Correct any demographic data BOT has about a user
  5. Express any concern about BOT’s use of demographic or financial data

Registration/Login
In order to use BOT, a user must first provide accurate personal information to ensure that the account matches the account information BOT has on file. BOT does not request production of full social security numbers, or other irrelevant demographic information; only information that proves BOT has connected with the right party. During the login process, a user is required to confirm the information BOT on file from the creditor that is represented. This information is used through BOT’s secure internet website to accept a payment plan that the user has requested and to maintain an accurate accounting of payments that have been made and/or have been promised. The  BOT website does not request any information regarding gender, age or any other information not pertinent to the maintenance of an account.

Security
The BOT website takes a multitude of precautions to protect personal demographic information. Sensitive information through BOT is protected both online and offline.
BOT encrypts all sensitive information financial data (i.e., credit card information) and transmits the information in a manner that is secure from any unauthorized use. BOT’s encryption and security of information may be verified by observing the closed lock icon at the bottom of the web browser.
BOT also protects a user’s information offline. Only a few designated  ACSI employees that support the BOT website who need the information to perform a specific task are granted access to a user’s personally identifiable information.

Sharing
ACSI may share aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.
ACSI uses a third party to process credit card payments. However, ACSI has verified that the third party processing company does not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond processing of payments as directed by ACSI for the BOT website.

Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time and all updates will be posted on this page.
